Anyone can be a seller at pipebandscores.com, all you need are three simple things:

• Ownership of the copyright to the material - arrangements of pipe tunes which are still in copyright do not qualify
• An Ensemble Subscription - you can get a Personal Annual Subscription for only £35.99 per year
• To agree to our uncomplicated Terms & Conditions which you can do when you sign up to be a seller via Ensemble

At pipebandscores.com we aren't elitist - you don't need to be the best piper or drummer in the world in order to share your work and make some money in the process. You don't need to sell scores/tunes either, you can create and sell exercise or rudiment sheets to help others learn, practice and teach using your methods.

We encourage you to have a selection of your work available on the site for free alongside your paid-for products. This helps keep people coming to the site but also shows potential buyers the quality of your work and, if you are writing tunes or drum scores, your style.

You also don't need a huge amount of computer skills to get started, you just need to do the following:

• Reproduce your tune/score/exercise in Ensemble - it is really intuitive to use and you can import from a number of other notation software products
• Create a cover image for your product - this can be anything you like - an image of your complete score (if it is free), a section of the score or a blurred version (if it is not free), maybe a logo for your score/tune writing business
• The full audio of your score(s) (you can use the playback from Ensemble if you wish or you can make your recording on a mobile device)
• Some sample audio of your score (we recommend between 10 and 20 seconds long - again you can use Ensemble's audio or record your own)
• A PDF (or PDFs) of the score(s) or tune(s)
